A dad of five children had been searching for a job in a specific field. He was finally able to secure full-time employment in that field with the help of the 2GEN program. The last obstacle to overcome was purchasing business casual attire for his new job, as money had been very tight. Because of A Little LIFT and the community members who contributed to his cause, he was able to purchase several business casual shirts and pants. He is still employed at the same location and is enjoying his job and is hopeful to one day own his own home.
