Blueprints is a non-profit organization that has served Washington and Greene counties since 1965. Founded by a group of community leaders, Blueprints identifies local conditions that lead to poverty, sensitizes the community to the incidence and conditions of poverty, mobilizes private and public resources to impact poverty, and develops programs and services that help eradicate poverty.

A Little LIFT connects community members to Blueprints-involved individuals and families in need and helps to prevent small problems from becoming catastrophes. LIFTs strengthen the community and bring people together to break barriers for those who just need a little lift to attain self-reliance.
