Large family with three young children were in need of a clothes dryer; they have a steady income, but high utility bills and unexpected car repairs were preventing them from being able to purchase. The laundromat was geographically inconvenient, difficult with 3 young children, and expensive. Hanging clothes all over the house caused chaos. One person in our LIFT network generously donated a new dryer to this family!

Shortly after they received the dryer, our Head Start little 4 year old came to the center showing off her sneakers that had been washed and dried at home! She was so happy and excited!.
