A single mom who escaped a domestic violence situation is working hard to turn her and her daughter’s life around and is in need of a toddler bed. Mom has made some significant strides towards self-sufficiency through her involvement with Blueprints. She has been able to get into public housing after her and her daughter were in a domestic violence shelter. She recently enrolled her two-year old girl into Blueprints’ Early Learning program to help prepare her for Kindergarten. Her daughter currently sleeps in bed with her because she does not have a bed of her own. Mom is working with our Job Development Program to help her find a job, but is unable to afford this expense at this time.
