Single father and 2 daughters, 8 & 6, currently in homeless shelter. Dad lost his job after 2 severe work related injuries and fell behind in his utility payments. Children & Youth Services involved and will not authorize them to return home until the water service is restored. Dad desperately wants to return home with his girls where they have lived for 6 years. Dad is involved with Blueprints’ Job Development services to secure employment.
