A single mom and her daughter escaped a domestic violence situation and have been staying at a shelter in Washington. They were finally able to be placed in housing, but is in need of household necessities. Mom has a chronic disease that inhibits her working, but a family member will be staying with her until she gets on her feet. This LIFT will be beneficial in getting this mom and daughter basic household needs such as toilet paper, baby gates, cleaning supplies, etc. This will allow them to start a new chapter of their life in the right way.
