A mother of two children, who are placed in Blueprints’ Foster Care program, is diligently working to make a new home for her family. She has recently found a new apartment for her and her two girls and was able to secure bed frames for the kids. She is in need of two mattresses, sheets and pillows for her daughters’ beds in order for her children to be able to come home. These are the last steps necessary for this family to be reunified.
