65-year old veteran on fixed income living in his family home following the passing of his mother. He assumed the mortgage, but was unaware of a second mortgage that had gone delinquent during COVID. Our Homeownership Center intervened and was able to modify his mortgage to an affordable payment so he wouldn’t lose his home. This LIFT will help him start his modified payments and bring him current.
