Woman who was recently incarcerated is trying to get her life back on track by participating in our Phare Re-Entry Program. She recently gained employment as an LPN, but her nursing license has expired. Renewing her license would allow her to gain self-sustaining employment with better pay to get back on the road to self-sufficiency.
