A teen parent in her senior year of high school has found herself in need of A Little LIFT to obtain birth certificates for her child. Mom is involved in Blueprints Early Head Start Home Base for her son. She currently attends cyber school to complete her high school education and is unable to work because of her lack of transportation. Dad is in the picture and works part-time. Mom and Dad are trying to secure housing for their family, but are unable to save enough money at this time. Obtaining these birth certificates for her son will allow Mom to apply for different services and enroll her child into care eventually so she can gain employment.
