A full-time working mom has had some trouble getting some needed items for her home. She is a mom to a 5 year old and a newborn baby. She was just able to move into connect housing from a shelter and has had to purchase all of the furnishings herself. Although she works full-time, her money has went towards the care and wellness of her children and herself and has had trouble obtaining these other items. She is in need of a kitchen table and chairs for her family as well as a rocking chair for her newborn, which has been asked of her by CYS. She often has to share seating with her 5 year old and a rocking chair would help them both have adequate seating and the kitchen set would allow them to eats meals as a family. The mom is involved with Blueprints’ In-Home Services.
