Single mom with a 10 month old baby involved in Blueprints’ Early Head Start and WIC Programs is in need of a car seat. Unfortunately, the child is extremely medically compromised, and needs to see a cardiologist, audiologist and an ENT frequently. Mom is struggling financially with all the travel required, and can’t afford to obtain a safe, high quality car seat.
