A Blueprints’ Early Head Start family was recently fortunate enough to purchase a “fixer upper” home in Washington. Their income is such that necessary home improvements will unfortunately have to wait quite a long time. The children’s bedroom is uncarpeted and has tacks/nails sticking up from the floor. Carpeting will allow them to use the room for sleep and play.
