Family with 2 children, one in Blueprints’ Head Start Program and one in Early Head Start. Trying to get into housing, but past problem is preventing the move. Years ago, a family member put electric bill in mom’s name, but didn’t pay the bill. Police report filed, but the balance needs to be paid before she can get utility bill in her name again. This is preventing the family’s move to available rental unit. Mom is involved in Blueprints’ Adult Education Program as well as Family Literacy Project.
