Grandparents have been raising their 3 grandchildren for the past 7 years. Health and disability issues have reduced their income. All 3 children are attending school and requiring access to internet service for school work at home. The couple needs to apply for the Internet Essentials program to afford the service, but are not eligible until a past balance is satisfied. the grandmother is active in Blueprints’ Adult Education Program in order to obtain GED and gain employment to increase household income. **This LIFT was not fully funded.
