A single mom with several health issues and no family in the area was in need of A Little LIFT to purchase household items. Mom and daughter had escaped a domestic violence situation and moved out of a shelter into their own home. Since the LIFT was funded, mom and daughter have been doing great within the Early Learning Program. The daughter has thrived and has great attendance, while the mom is avidly searching for sustainable job.
